Hello! I am Max Shirko, web and UI/UX designer. I have experience of more than 500 executed projects.

I love to create interesting graphic decisions focused on the solution for the user and the customer. I like to work in team with marketing specialists, analysts, project managers and business owners.

My main purpose is to make right, unique projects for people, not for statistics numbers. I believe sincerely that correct usability strategy has nothing to do without design magic in any way.

For this reason, I consider interfaces also from the point of view of impressions and emotions. Sometimes properly created websites or applications with the borrowed decisions of market leaders just can't cop with their role.

I am very selective with projects. Over time, it became clear to me that not only I may not suit the customer, but also the project may not suit me. So I take only that things, what I trust in.

Each project, which I participate in, I want to make something special, both visually and elaborately.Therefore, in the work principles of laconicism, convenience and aiming at result guid me.

A few years ago back I was worried with the purpose to gather a great team of experts together with whom we could create the highest level projects.

And now I'm doing it. Now I work with professional, talented and beautiful people: HTML-coders, programmers, project managers and graphic designers.
